Paul Curry Fair Play Award
Current Holders: Stratford Town Colts
Each season all teams in the Coventry & Warwickshire Youth League compete for the Paul Curry Fair Play Award. The award is presented to the team judged by their fellow managers as having the best record for Fair Play of all the teams they've played.
Paul Curry
The award is named in honour of the late Paul Curry, a local fire-fighter, who died in 1999 aged 55. During his career he worked at all of Coventry’s four fire stations and was an assistant divisional commander by his retirement in 1995. He was also heavily involved with local football, including Firefighters Juniors, and was a Central League referee and Football League linesman.
The 2022/23 Winners of the Paul Curry Trophy were Christ the King JFC. Congratulations to everyone involved with the club, from the players to the managers & coaches and not forgetting the parents & supporters.
