Procedure for requesting a player transfer

1) Log onto your Club’s helpwithit portal

2) Click Player transfer request at the top of the page

3) Click ‘Create Notice of Approach’

4)  Complete the form making sure to complete all the areas correctly. Then Click Confirm Approach request.

Once you have done this, an email will be generated to the Club holding the player’s current registration, initiating the 7 days’ Notice of Approach.

You will then receive an invoice for the transfer fee.
Please pay this upon the player transferring.

Clubs holding the current registration have the following options:

1) Waiver the Notice of Approach allowing the player to register straight away. You then go onto your FA Club Portal and submit them to the League for transfer. Please do not do this prior to the notice of approach being waived.

2) Refuse to waiver the Notice of Approach, meaning the player will have to wait 10 days before they can transfer. After the 10 days please submit the player on FA Club Portal to the League for transfer.
